As you may have read from my Personal Profile, I love animals and cooking plant-based meals. They are full of nutritious ingredients, flavor and color. They are good for the environment AND the animals. Because I get asked so often about the food I eat, I decided to make a page for that. So, here it is. I hope you enjoy!
