We are here to help you with your appointment requests! To ensure a seamless scheduling experience, we kindly request that you familiarize yourself with our Cancelation Policy – it’s always good to be in the know!

At Miller Medical Massage, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. By giving us this advance notice, we’ll have plenty of time to find a replacement for your time slot. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Additionally, if you decide to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. This will allow our team to make any necessary adjustments and ensure that we can still accommodate your needs. In the event that you’re unable to make it to your scheduled visit, we kindly request settling the entire dollar amount of the scheduled appointment in advance of your next visit.

Rest assured that if you have a card on file, we will charge this card – unless, of course, you provide us with another form of payment at the time of cancellation. However, if you have a prepaid package, we’ll simply deduct one visit from your package instead of charging the card on file.

Please keep in mind that any cancelation fees cannot be billed to insurance.
