Wellness Massage

Yes, we see people for general wellness care. This is usually for people who don’t have a specific injury or symptom they are trying to get relief from. This is what we would typically recommend for patients after they have regained their health and are looking for regular bodywork as part of a maintenance program towards overall health.

A typical wellness program oftentimes looks something like one session every two weeks, or once a month. These sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes.

Modalities, pressure and style are all determined by the health intake process you have with your therapist at your first appointment.

We may be a little biased (but also very experienced) when we say that we think everyone should be on a Wellness Plan as a part of their overall health and wellbeing regimen.

Regular bodywork has many benefits and tending to your physical health on a consistent basis is a great idea for overall health.

Referral or prescription is not necessary.
